Dear Parents,
On behalf of the entire visual arts department I’d like to tell you how excited I am to be working with your student within our very progressive visual arts program. We are considered a large art department by most standards and thus, bring much expertise to the classroom. We are very enthusiastic about teaching art to your child this school year!
In the MHS course guide, there is a fee listed for each art class, per semester.
These fees are allocated directly to consumable art supplies the student will use in class, as well as, projects, field trips, and special presentations.
The fee can be payed in cash or check made out to MHS and should be turned in by September 8th 2023.
Fees can also be paid online www.myschoolbucks.com
A receipt will be provided to the student once paid. Any fees that are not paid first semester will carry over to the second semester and continue the duration of attending Manvel High School. Delinquent fees will result in students being placed on the campus fine list. Students on the fine list will not be exempt from final exams second semester. Seniors on the campus fine list will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony. Please communicate directly with your students’ teacher, if necessary.
Warm Regards,
Drew Bettge and the MHS Visual Arts Dept.
